I'm Kaixi, a product design generalist, systematic thinker, idea generator and problem solver at Zencargo. I craft delightful digital experiences to make a meaningful impact on the physical world.

Before product design, I worked in landscape architecture, designing physical experiences for clients such as LandSec, Deutsche Bank and Berkeley Group. During the pandemic, I decided to switch my career path and move into technology. The similar design thinking behind architecture and product - using people-centred methodology to solve problems within a design system - helped me break into the industry.

Outside of work, I am an illustrator, book lover, and grassroots footballer. Being creative and active helps me find my inner sanctuary.
